This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from pakawaytravel.com (the “Site”).

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

Lastly, some features of the Site allow you to provide content to us, such as written comments. All content (including comments) submitted by you to us may be retained by us indefinitely. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Communicate with you;

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

To support and enhance the provided at the Site (Services), we use Device Information to serve advertisements, and also allow third parties advertisements, through the Services. These advertisements are sometimes targeted and served to particular users and may come from third party companies called “ad networks.” Ad networks include third party ad servers, ad agencies, ad technology vendors and research firms. 

Advertisement serviced through the Services may be targeted to users who fit a certain general profile category may be based on anonymized information inferred from information proceed to us by a user, including Personal Information, may be based on the Services usage patterns of particular users, or may be based on your activity on third party services. We do not provide Personal Information to any ad networks for use outside of the Services.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. We do not sell products for purchase by children and all the children’s products we sell are for purchase by adults only. If you are under 13 years old, please do not provide your information on our Site. If we become aware that an individual is under the age of 13 and has submitted any information to us for any purpose, we will delete their information from our files.
